The Archivist: - One private GitHub repo of plain Markdown - Checks in with your other bots every night - Flags conflicting facts instead of overwriting them - Opens as an Obsidian vault - No secrets stored, no broad GitHub tokens Free template in the reply if you want your bots on the same page.

@armstrongships Per-roommate home screens that show what they owe in rent is diabolical. Love it. I built my own Google TV launcher with Claude Code over ADB and never got past "just show my apps." Now I feel like I underachieved.

My Google TV opened to a Halloween ad before I could even get to Netflix. So I pointed Claude Code at it over ADB. Stripped out the bloat and built a custom launcher with just the apps we actually use. No recommendations, autoplay banners, or any of the other junk Google insists on loading. The stock home screen was dropping over 50% of its frames just sitting idle. Now it’s around 2%. Cheap TV feels brand new.

Here's the exact prompt I gave Claude Code: Build me a minimal custom home-screen launcher for my Hisense Google TV (Android TV OS 11, 1.8 GB RAM, 1080p, connected via adb). I want it to feel like Apple TV: dark background, a single row of large app tiles with app icons, smooth D-pad focus animation, a clock in the corner. No ads, no recommendations, no autoplay. - Kotlin + Jetpack Compose for TV, minSdk 30, keep it lightweight (this TV is RAM-starved). - Tiles for only the apps I have installed and use: YouTube TV, Netflix, Prime Video, Disney+, YouTube, Settings. Let me reorder/hide tiles with a long-press. - Build the APK on my Mac and install with adb install. Tell me any tools I need first (JDK, Android SDK cmdline-tools) and install them via Homebrew with my approval. - Make Home button open it. Research the reliable method for Google TV on Android 11 (accessibility-service home button intercept, or the approach Projectivy uses). Do NOT disable or uninstall com.google.android.apps.tv.launcherx. - Log every device change and its undo to ~/tv-perf/changes.md, and update restore.sh. - When done, show me a before/after of home-screen frame drops with gfxinfo.
