What if the bootstrap of PHP apps/frameworks could be executed before processing HTTP requests? And without a long-running process (shared memory) like ReactPhp, Amp, etc. @beberlei has prototyped it in PHP core, I'm really interested to see where it goes: github.com/php/php-src/pu…

PHP is a dynamically typed language with implicit type coercion. Most of these are harmless, but some lead to data loss. @Girgias proposes to make float to int conversions safer. externals.io/message/113371
