I have observed this in the US as well. Indian kids are a lot taller. Many are over 6ft. In addition to nutrition, hygiene (absence of intestinal worms during growth phase etc) contributes a lot.

This person is a weasel. Nevertheless, here is a counter. On Devisukta, from Wikipedia, Sāyaṇācārya, in his commentary, states that Vāgāmbhṛṇī, (Vāk, the daughter of Ṛṣi Aṃbhṛṇa) – a brahmaviduṣi (one who has realized Bṛahman) – has eulogized herself in this sūkta.
