@VirginMediaIE Update: we've cancelled after getting a great offer from our former provider and immediate service activation. No more shitty customer service! Bye Virgin!

@VirginMediaIE My mother is in her sixties and has been without TV & internet for 2 weeks now because @VirginMediaIE won't send out a technician. She's called multiple times & they say 'oh the guy was there yesterday morning' - NOT TRUE. So disrespectful. #cancel

Me: "what's the green stuff for?" DCC worker: "it's so if any scumbags start trouble tonight it'll mark their shoes and give gardai a trail to follow" Me (sleep deprived and gullible): "amazing" DCC workers: chorus of laughter Dublin, never change. (It's to mop up oil)

The results of the world’s largest trial of a 4-day week (with no loss of pay) are out: ▪️ No drop in revenue ▪️ 65% fewer sick days ▪️ 71% less burnout ▪️ 92% of companies decide to keep the policy after the trial The conclusion is clear: we need a shorter working week.

@ChphGomez Did you ever get this fixed? Same thing happening to be and it's painful going through their customer support.

An Italian friend is renting a small room in Dublin (€800). Landlady tells him she now has another tenant to join him in the room. She takes out his single bed, replaces it with a double for them to share and no discount on rent - €800 each. Unbelievable.

I lost a gold ring with a black square stone at @DublinAirport in terminal1 flying to Marseille this morning. It was my deceased dad’s, so it has strong sentimental value. If you can retweet this I would really appreciate it, on the off chance someone has found it and sees this.

@TMIrelandHelp hi there. I bought tickets for Dua Lipa before the pandemic began - I'm not able to attend the event in April 2022. Is there a refund procedure in place?
