Gently, softly, calmly, let’s talk about what’s happening in DC right now. Friends, have you ever been through a ZBB process? If not, let me give you my take. So, in a corporation where expenses are out of control, you have to put the entire company through a zero based budgeting process. It is one of the most painful things that people in a company experience. You basically have to justify every. single. expense. And you also cut a bunch, and then only add back after you’ve gone through a proper ZBB cycle. The US government is going through a ZBB right now. And that is necessary because spending is out of control. The complexity is so vast that I expect it will take AI to decipher. You cannot tell me that a government that accidentally wires hundreds of millions of dollars to the Taliban has its finances in order. That signals an underlying disaster. That signals bad stewardship of resources. In fact, it is a disaster. Over the last 20 fiscal years, the US government has made ~$2.7 trillion in "improper payments," according to the US Government Accountability Office. Trillion! With a T! That financial management disaster was not caused by @elonmusk. And there is no painless way to clean it up. Elon is doing what any executive would do walking into a giant mess. You ZBB and then build back. So, I don’t believe that America is going to be on the wrong side of global right and wrong, as some are saying. I don’t believe that America is going to be permanently isolationist. I do believe that unwatched finances will get out of control in any human system, and that the GAO has been trying to ring this bell for years, and that scaled complexity requires scaled financial management. Because the US has the largest budget in the world, it will now go through the single most complex ZBB ever undertaken in the history of the world. Some states do ZBB, but it's never been done at the federal level. President Jimmy Carter tried, but the bureaucratic systems were too complex, and President Ronald Reagan abandoned the attempt. So, if there is one person in the world chosen to lead this Grand Canyon of projects, we would hope for the president to choose one of the best capital allocators on the planet. Better if that human is also one who can leverage AI and technical talent to manage the massive complexity. Anyone who has lived through a ZBB at the corporate level will tell you that it’s hell and everyone hates it. This is why I feel really bad for federal workers -- I have a lot of empathy for civil servants and people doing a great job every day for the United States. No doubt, the uncertainty is trying and stressful for many. It's an unfortunate situation. So, that's my take. I don't want to speak beyond what I know and can observe from the other side of the country. I've worked both in the private sector and the public sector -- the cultures are different. And an Elon-Musk-style culture is going to be the most hard core of them all. No doubt, it's jarring. It's gonna be a lot. But what I also know is that every time I have ever doubted Elon, I ended up being the one who was wrong.

Shoot, he wasn't lying. Crazy things were going on that year. [2019] Buckle up. From January - August of 2019, the Trump administration ran a pandemic exercise called "Operation Crimson Contagion". March 24th, Barr & Rosenstein ended the Mueller farce. April 2019 Hunter Biden drops his laptop off at the shop. Mac Isaac eventually brought the laptop to the attention of the FBI, who seized it in December 2019, under the authority of a subpoena issued by a Wilmington grand jury that had been investigating Hunter Biden for financial matters since 2018. He asserted three years later that while he was copying individual files and folders from the laptop's hard drive to another device, he "saw some content that was disturbing and then also raised some red flags", including "criminality ... related to foreign business dealings, to potential money laundering and, more importantly, national security issues and concerns". This caused him "to do a deep dive into the laptop once it became my property". Mac Isaac contacted Giuliani, who he said was his "lifeguard"—voicing credence to the conspiracy theory that the Hillary Clinton 2016 presidential campaign was behind the murder of campaign worker Seth Rich. Steve Bannon informed the New York Post of the laptop, and he and Giuliani delivered a copy of the supposed laptop hard drive to the publication. May 29th, Mueller announces he's retiring & his office would be shut down. He said his report was his testimony & he would have nothing else to say. He stressed that the central conclusion of his investigation was "that there were multiple, systematic efforts to interfere in our election. That allegation deserves the attention of every American." He also stated: "If we had had confidence that the President clearly did not commit a crime, we would have said so. We did not, however, make a determination as to whether the president did commit a crime". LAME DS ATTEMPT to continue investigation. June 25th House Judiciary & Intel subpoenaed Mueller. He agreed to July 17th, but it got pushed back to July 24th. ohhhhh how the web is weaving. July 25th Trump had his infamous call with Zelenskyy. The last screenshot is from "wikipedia" but the claim is one of the things he asked Zelenskyy to look into was Crowdstrike interfering in the 2016 election. Isn't it crazy that Crowdstrike went down the day after "a lone assassin" missed Trump's head? Crazy how the democrats thought that was an impeachable offense. My guess is that was a panic response, b/c they know damn well what they're doing & him poking around in Ukraine was a red flag. Also crazy how Zelenskyy called him almost right away too after he was shot. August 12th the "wHisTLeBLoWeR" complaint was filed. Under the ICWPA, the ICIG has 14 days to determine if the complaint is credible & if it is, the DNI forwards to congressional intel committees within 7 days. Later that month, they notified Trump of the complaint & congress found out September 9th. Trump released the military aid September 12th. Schiff subpoenaed DNI Maguire the NEXT DAY saying he was withholding the complaint to protect Trump, but I argue that they knew it was BS, b/c when the complaint was released, Trump didn't mention any military hold. PLUS, it's his right as CIC to make sure they abide by their promise to not allow corruption. September 24th, the transcript to the call is released. That very same day Nancy Pelosi announced that SIX committees would begin a formal impeachment inquiry. This hag accused TRUMP of betraying his oath of office. Just disgusting. Adding here that Zelenskyy & his foreign minister Prystaiko released a statement on September 21st saying there was no pressure to do anything. "I know what the [phone] conversation was about and I think there was no pressure. This conversation was long, friendly, and it touched on many questions, sometimes requiring serious answers." Prystaiko was also quoted as saying: "I want to say that we are an independent state, we have our secrets." On September 22, Senator Murphy said President Zelenskyy told him he had no intention to get involved with an American election. Trump and Zelenskyy held a joint press conference at the United Nations the same day the transcript of their phone call was released. [9/24/19] Zelenskyy told reporters: "We had, I think, good phone call. It was normal. We spoke about many things. So, I think, and you read it, that nobody pushed me." The next day, President Zelenskyy said President Trump had not pressured anyone nor made any promises, and that the Prosecutor General Ruslan Riaboshapka would investigate all domestic cases without prejudice. On September 30, Zelenskyy made it clear that he was not going to interfere with the intra-American party confrontation. Subsequently, at an all-day press conference on October 10, Zelenskyy said he had learned about the blockage of the military aid only after the July 25 phone call. "We didn't speak about this. There was no blackmail." Should have ended there, but it didn't. September 27th, the democrats subpoenaed SoS Pompeo. It wasn't the first time as he had ignored their previous subpoenas. It was more than several, lol. Not only him, but the majority of those subpoenaed ignored them lol. October 1st, Trump tweets "As I learn more & more each day..... it is a COUP." October 4th, the democrats subpoena Mike Pence for his documents related to the WB complaint. Lol they even had the nerve to request audio tapes, transcripts, notes, and other White House documents. October 5th a second whistleblower comes forward with "FiRsT-hAnD kNoWLeDgE" of the allegations. 🥱 October 8th WH Counsel Pat Cipollone sends Pelosi a letter saying they would not be cooperating with the investigation anymore saying it violated the Constitution, the rule of law & every past precedent. "The President cannot allow your constitutionally illegitimate proceedings to distract him and those in the Executive Branch." The letter went on to say "[the investigation's] unprecedented actions have left the President with no choice. To fulfill his duties to the American people, the Constitution, the Executive Branch, and all future occupants of the Office of the Presidency, President Trump and his Administration cannot participate in your partisan and unconstitutional inquiry under these circumstances." October 18th, the globalist Johns Hopkins & Bill & Melinda Gates host Event 201... their own "pandemic exercise". October 24th, Durham is appointed by Barr to investigate origins of Russia probe. He had been helping Barr with his investigation since April 2019. Durham was given the authority "to broadly examine the government's collection of intelligence involving the Trump campaign's interactions with Russians," reviewing government documents and requesting voluntary witness statements. October 25th Joe Biden tweets "wE aReN't PrEpArEd FoR a PaNdEMiC, b/C mUh TrUmP RoLLeD bAcK pRoGrEsS" but as we can see above, they ran an 8 month test to make sure we were.... November 2019 3 researchers at the Wuhan lab came down with the "symptoms" of the virus. December 9th DOJ IG Horowitz released his report on FISA abuses. Mid December 2019 the FBI subpoenaed Hunter Biden's laptop. They quickly conclude it is his, genuine & didn't appear to be manipulated or tampered with. December 4th, the impeachment for the phone call starts before the House Judiciary Committee. December 13th, they vote to recommend articles of impeachment for abuse of power & obstruction. December 15th the House voted (along party lines) to approve articles. Nancy waits until JANUARY 16th to submit the articles of impeachment to the Senate for trial with no witnesses or documents. 🤔🤔🧐🧐 And boy would you know it, we got hit with a deadly pandemic just a couple of months later? The first case was actually January 19th 2020 in Washington [from Wuhan]. Freakin crazy happenings man..... Sounds like a real conspiracy.

Trump has prepared an Executive Order for his First Day in Office, which would see the Medical Discharge of over 15,000 Transgender Servicemembers from the U.S. Military, as well as a Ban on Transgender Individuals from joining any Branch of the Armed Forces.
