Nature is elegant & simple. Anyone who needs 50-syllable words & Rube Goldberg explanations is selling you the matrix, not truth. Complexity is the smoke screen of the half-educated.

@Alec_Zeck To be smart doesn’t require to be complicated, just the opposite. So Im questioning his “brilliancy” . Just like the other guys, he sounds “intelligent” by making everything so complicated- it sounds to me like the “science” being pushed down our throat

Yes I saw Jack Kruse’s recent post about virology. He referred to me as “Zach.” Unfortunately Jack blocked me a while ago when I kindly called out the logical fallacies in his posts regarding virology. And then proceeded to sling ad hominems. He’s a brilliant guy, but wildly

Dr. Jack Kruse just said AirPods are the stupidest thing people willingly wear today. Kruse is a neurosurgeon who says wireless earbuds deliver RF radiation directly into your ear canal, inches from your brain. Danny Jones said he switched to wired earphones because he knew

@pleb_jack_ Bravo, Dr. Kruse! When people cannot articulate defense of their positions, they resort to insults.

Intensity. Duration without intensity is just chronic cortisol and mitochondrial junk. Push hard, deplete fast, rebuild denser. That’s the signal. How long have you been following up my profile?

@DrJackKruse Is exercise intensity or duration more important for depletion?

DR. JACK KRUSE EXPOSES THE BIOWEAPON AGENDA COVID mRNA “vaccines” are BIoweapons — deliberately laced with SV40 (cancer-causing monkey virus from bioweapon research) to trigger turbo cancers, destroy immune systems, and kill people. This isn’t a mistake. It’s a 75-year

Exactly. DNA is a four-letter biological code with astonishing information density and error correction. The deeper we look, the harder it is to dismiss the elegance of the design.

@TheExBeliever DNA. Our genius is ones and zeros (two digit) when we write code. Which Can basically program anything. The Creator used 4 digits when creating life and we haven't scratched the surface of its genius and design but you think accident wrote the code? CRAZY!

Zervos data is clear: vaxxed kids carry 2.5x chronic disease load. Stop the shots or lifespan stays wrecked. Hope you do come out everyday to get some sunlight?

JG @J_academagogue

@BumblebeeJoe @jpaternotte Paternotte is NOT going to raise the avg lifespan of ANYBODY in NL until he puts an END to the barbarism of vaccination. The Ford study conducted by Zervos showed conclusively that the vaccinated have higher mortality and much higher incidence of chronic disease.

“The magnetic pole … has moved faster in the last 15 years than it has in 320 million years.” “It’s moved from Canada to Siberia.” Dr. Jack Kruse just dropped bombshell evidence that the pole shift is real. “If people understood what this really means, it’s a problem.” Bookmark this. Dr. Kruse just broke down a June 2025 paper that “showed something that physicists didn’t realize.” “And it’s very unusual … ” “The Earth’s magnetic field is coupled to oxygen levels on Earth for the last 540 million years.” “Why is that important?” “All complex life shows up on Earth at the Cambrian explosion, which happens at this time.” “So … oxygen is a big deal with the magnetic flux.” “It is coupled to the thermohaline currents in the ocean.” “As the magnetic shield of the planet weakens, it allows the solar wind to get closer.” “It also allows the Van Allen radiation belts to get closer to Earth.” “Then … the South Atlantic Anomaly.” “The South Atlantic Anomaly should be thought of like the giant red spot on Jupiter.” “The USGS just informed all of science … that the South Atlantic anomaly is now close to tripled in size.” “This is really problematic.” “And scientists are now worried that the Gulf Stream that’s off the East Coast of the United States, called the thermohaline current, may decrease.” “Why is this a big deal?” “This is a sign that the science that I’m telling you about is absolutely factual and correct.” @DrJackKruse @RealAlexJones

Just 10 days of bed rest reduces mitochondrial content by double digits in older adults while ROS production spikes. Function stays intact only because each mitochondrion works overtime. A Journal of Physiology study tracked what happens to muscle mitochondria in 10 older men

Grok clearly does not read. When you look past the flat, academic descriptions of the paper, this 10x muon explosion provides the definitive physical explanation for the global surge in chronic neuro-metabolic failure that ruins performance and can lead to injury. Muons are high-energy subatomic particles that act as a deeply penetrating electrostatic weapon against biological capacitance on the IMM to ruin matrix function.

Centralized consciousness science is a religion when it comes to narrative creation. Another example is, “The Big Bang theory” which is not falsifiable in anyway. In many ways, centralized science is one of these religions. They all have some truth buried in them but most of them are littered with half truths and myth. None of them themselves contains all the decentralized truth & wisdoms buried in Nature. threadreaderapp.com/thread/2104297…
