It is absolutely wild that @Plusnet does not seem to have a way to end the contract online.
@Plusnet ho, I have been charged £6.99 for postage and packing for a router that I was offered, I didn't ask for it and a postage fee was not mentioned on the call.
@Plusnet My internet was down for ten days recently I have been told that I have to go through you to get a refund . The problem was with Outreach . Your company have rung me several times to talk to me .. but it’s always between 8 and 4 … I work!

Hi @virginmedia, I'd like a refund please and for you to put me back to @Plusnet. Apparently this problem isn't fixable. Everything was fine with plusnet and I didn't really need the extra speed
