Podstudy Stan @podstudy_stan

@podstudy0430 I took my 12 yr old daughter to the US W water Center in Charlotte a few weeks ago. She & I had a blast, and want to go back.

@podstudy0430 congrats on the new bike! I have been lazy, just 3-4 miles in eve after work, 2x week. Some riding is better than no riding.

pollen that makes me sneeze is almost gone. Riding bike 5-6 miles daily, even on workdays. ATT and Umstead and paved greenways around town.

@UNCJreedmo congratulations on graduating. And congrats on TN

@podstudy0430 bad weekend for me too. No exercise; more fun food. Easter chocolate etc. Tonight, back to the treadmill and 'Lost' on DVD.

weight went up 5 lbs when the study ended. I goofed off a little. Now wt has plateaued at +5, but my belt loop that is decreasing! Woohoo

With all the talk of spin class, plus the pollen outside, I finally dragged out my indoor exercise bicycle, & plopped it in front of the TV

Pine pollen is keeping me indoors. Rode the ATT Sunday eve after the rains. 12 miles, but sneezed, & eyes/nose drained during the last hour

@podstudy0430 congrats !

@podstudy0430 love those mile markers on the ATT. The markers plus my odo makes it easy for me to gauge the number of miles without devices

Spent day playing the dry sports w my daughter at www.usnwc.org in Charlotte. Can't wait till it is warmer to try rafting & kayaking.

AmazonGoldBox TXTs sent to me. So today only fyi: Garmin Forerunner 405 Wireless GPS-Enabled SportsWatch w HeartRateMon amazon.com/gbmobile.

Did the 'biking on the ATT' again. I went further (24 mi round trip). Woo hoo! I am working up to be able to ride the entire south end, 28mi

@Nancy_PODstudy thanks! Do you use the Nike+iPod with an iPhone? I think it was originally created for the IPod nano. Curious about iPhone

Does anyone use that Nike+iPod app for tracking their walk / run ? Just wondering if they like it. Thinking about getting it.

Rode my bicycle on the American Tobacco Trail this weekend further than I have ever gone (22.75 mi roundtrip). Today walked 3 miles. !!

Willpower! My wife brought home doughnuts for the kids a few days ago. I ate one & only one! Now leftovers are hard as cardboard. Trashtime.

Difficult week 4 me 2. Longer ( and different) work hours make exercise difficult. Still watching portions and lower calorie foods/drinks.

@ShanePod congratulations!

@podstudy0430 loved the article on eating out
