@binding_broken Yay, best news! So excited 😊 For us in EU, what should we do if there's a snafu at delivery with the 3€+handling fees, since these will arrive after July 1st? Should we email you or refuse delivery and have you reship?

@Elonsuxxazz @binding_broken Inkstone is doing that one. First book is subscription but they always have leftovers if you just email them

@binding_broken @JohnGwynne_ Hey can we get a shipping update please, for both batches of 2 books as it's already June 25th and we have received nothing at all

@binding_broken The vast majority didn't have a pb with GLS, it's always the vocal minority ruining it for everyone else. Also Inkstone uses RM and will collect the 3€ via IOSS so it's far from impossible

@binding_broken In any case, not communicating with your customers at all is not the right way to go about it. You've lost a lot of goodwill lately, I would hope you'd want to regain it

@binding_broken You need to urgently address the 3€ fee. We know we have to pay it but we object having to pay the extra handling fees because you can't be bothered adding the 3€ to IOSS. I mean, even Fairyloot figured it out! Not a good look on you

@binding_broken Fairyloot figured it out. Inkstone figured it out. Why can't you? I know if you don't, I'll be buying my special editions somewhere else

@binding_broken Hey so Hyperion 2-4 started shipping 2 weeks ago, I still haven't received notification. What's going on? I'm in EU, was in the 1st batch of purchasers, having bought #1 and with 3 subscriptions. Please update, thanks.

@binding_broken hi TBB, I just received my tier 2 Bone Shard Daughter, but the trading card wasn't there. Is it coming with the February book? Thanks 💚

@binding_broken A suggestion : link this page from your website's navigation menu. It's really hard to find, buried as it is in a blog post, unless you have the direct URL. Many people don't have twitter and won't see this, so you'll save yourself a lot of emails by having it easily findable

@binding_broken Heya, thanks for the quick reply. I'm not the only one though, there's grumbles on reddit, discord etc. How about posting an update for everyone and save yourselves 100s of emails?
