According to an index developed in 2015, Earth is not the most habitable planet found yet. Kepler-442b, a rocky near-Earth-sized exoplanet that is 1206 light-years away from Earth, has a rating of 0.836. On the other hand, Earth has a rating of 0.829. The paper introducing the habitability index clarifies that a higher-than-Earth value "does not mean these planets are 'more habitable' than Earth", as the actual habitability is uncertain due to Kepler-442b's atmosphere and surface being still unknown.
@Rainmaker1973 Light years 😲
@poorna45018 @Rainmaker1973 Looking outside and at all these distances we don’t understand should teach us only one thing: we have to look inside ourselves to find the answers

@poorna45018 @Rainmaker1973 Thnx. That was my next question!
@poorna45018 @Rainmaker1973 So you're saying there's a chance?! 😏😜
@poorna45018 @Rainmaker1973 🤣🤣🤣 we don’t have a chance 🤣🤣🤣
@poorna45018 @Rainmaker1973 Exactly. The only thing that humans have any use for is satellites which is great for communication and connecting humanity. A space hotel or a moon or mars base will always be reliant on earth. humans are earthlings and that is how we will remain.
