This is an excellent visual example. Watch body pose/alignment and leg movement differences between the 1st (yes) and 2nd (no) guy. Pulling your feet up vs dragging your feet along. Body aligned vs slumped. Falling forward to run uphill vs almost walking uphill with your arms.
