Grabe sama pakiramdam ko sa Shingles shot pero ok lang. Kaya naman tiisin at Tylenol lang katapat. Had to call-in sick from work kasi di ko kinaya.

Just had my 2nd shot of Shingles vaccine from my HIV hub here in California. I was able to meet the whole team of MD, RN, Pharmacist and Social Worker, too. Great to be assured that I am taken good care of by these fellow and committed healthworkers.
