the next time you see somebody complaining about bad #data #quality ... consider recommending CHECK constraints, foreign keys, and so on ... these things do make a difference

@postgresql_007 A couple years ago I inherited a db from a complainer. The DB had 300+ tables. Count of Primary keys totaled in the low dozens! I also found SSN stored in nearly 100 tables. 😱 My goal for 2019 is to finally be able to set fire 🔥 to that mess!
