I must say I am very disappointed with service @Dell as they won’t help because I have a U.K. work laptop that they couldn’t fix in India, despite having an international cover. There is significant red tape @MichaelDell! #CustomerExperience #CustomerService

As the #Tier5 #lockdown in the #UK goes ahead; I find the #covid #vaccine prioritisation misplaced. It appears #China has better #prioritisation. It should be based on who has to be more active (and hence at higher risk of infection and infecting others) rather than age!

Could someone provide some #insights into the impact of single drop off point for the #British #haulage operators. It sounded to me that makes a British haulage firm significantly less #competitive than one in the #EU; am I wrong at getting to this conclusion?
