@DevLeaderCa If there are no unit tests then I add them before doing major refactoring. Only refactoring for performance or code clarify benefits mostly.

@DevLeaderCa Talk to other devs about their experiences and you’ll find out most of us have it along the journey. No one knows everything.

@davidfowl @1_amaechi @davidfowl thanks for the reply. According to this it’s not supported on a Linux app service plan: learn.microsoft.com/en-gb/aspnet/c…

@davidfowl @1_amaechi @davidfowl when will ASP.NET Core Blazor WebAssembly on Linux be possible?

@DevLeaderCa I try and think of at least five reason to and not do it. Then be objective as I can. This was good when moving older dotnet framework projects to core at the time, a big plus was running on Linux and savings gained on hosting costs.

@madebygps I struggle with the costs of reading writing to storage account. Also think vm’s should shit behind a vpn by default or by optional setup without cost. The cost of hosting an azure ms sql database compared to dedicated server for smaller businesses is not predictable.

@dhh I can totally agree with you on that. Last year I built my first desktop pc since 2005ish. Was totally worth it spec/cost compared to a laptop as a daily driver

@Microsoft Windows 11 update KB5043145 has caused many issues for users. I have several machines that have been no longer working since this update. I can not type into the start menu, run any applications. I have tried to uninstalled the update and repair windows 11.
