Hello @NianticHelp. I did two Palkia raids today with remote pass and once all my Pokemon fainted in current lobby, the system didn't allow to relobby. The game froze and remote passes were wasted.

@NianticHelp I battled Team Rocket leader Giovanni and won the battle. Since my Pokemon bag was full, the system asked to clear some Pokemon before catching Sucine. Once I did it, the shadow Sucine didn't appear. Please check and do the needful.

@FedExHelp Thanks for the response Robin. But the issue is between your Indian team counterpart and delivery guys. There don't have coordination. Each one states different thing.

@FedEx Shipment 110395827857 - Part 4 But your delivery agent had gone out for delivery at 2.45pm(as in the attached screenshot) but end of day he was unable to deliver giving reason. Kindly take action in this case as it is pretty disappointing for such a company doing this.

@FedEx Shipment 110395827857 - Part 3 When I called the representative they informed that it will be delivered tomorrow giving some reason. This is so much disappointing as I have been following up whole day with your representative team.

@FedEx Shipment 110395827857 - Part 2 It was an emergency I had requested the shipment to be delivered by today and your agent had given me assurance that it will be delivered by today (24th July) by 8.30 pm. But the shipment was not delivered.
