Update: I haven't received any resolution. The support team has been unresponsive in the personal chat. This is very frustrating - request the Jio team to cancel my service request and refund the relocation request fee I was charged. I'll pick a better service provider. Thanks.

@JioCare Jio offers the most pathetic customer service support ever. I had placed a relocation request for JioFiber a week back due to my relocation to a different city. Although the devices were picked, there has been no intimation/ progress in relation to installation.

@WebMuskitier @carebydistrict There was an unannounced sale on the district app last evening. The official handle of the district care keeps saying stay tuned etc etc all the time, but then there are unannounced sales.
