@MadWorldDesign1 We understand how important lounge access is, especially for frequent travellers through Dublin Airport. At present, we don't have any updates regarding access to a lounge in Terminal 1 or any future arrangements, and we appreciate your patience and feedback on this

@LoungeFrog67 @alex291177 Lounge access policies can vary, and delays can sometimes make timing restrictions a challenge. We always recommend checking the specific lounge's access rules before you travel, as they can differ from one location to another.

Would your travel companion describe you as “ready to relax” or “still checking the gate every five minutes”? ✈️

@TonyJSelimi @AmericanExpress Hi Tony, we're sorry to hear about your experience. Lounge access is subject to availability and capacity restrictions set by the lounge operator. Could you let us know which lounge at London Luton Airport you visited?

@alex291177 Hi Alex. Sorry to hear that. We can appreciate how concerning that must have been when your flight was delayed. Could you let us know which Prima Vista Lounge you visited and around what time this happened? We'd be happy to take a closer look.
