ICICI’s reply to RBI Ombudsman claims I “shared OTP with fraudster”. I DENY this for the USD 2000 transactions. I denied the transactions on the bank’s own verification call within seconds and blocked the card in under 2 minutes. Bank has twisted my statement. Bank gave only ONE transaction as “goodwill” (₹1.94 lakh) on 7 Sept and reversed the interim credits for the rest. Why partial justice ?
