Very bad service, wrong information given, incorrect details added, and delivery team has put in that they tried to call me while I did not receive any missed call or call and have my phone records to prove. Waiting for a delivery since 9th Oct, unbelievable. @EmiratesPostUAE

@flyspicejet After a 14 hrs delay asked the ground staff to escalate the issue, got a brilliant response a) I report to nobody & I am responsible for spice jet b) Noone comes to work at spice jet at 9.30 am. I hope some1 reads this & acts on this nonsensical & arrogant behaviour

@flyspicejet Yet again u have shown your absolute disregard 4 the cust by stating a policy that is offered by all and that too after a 14 hour delay, I applaud your audacity, that needs a stone heart and did nothing for the passengers @AAI_Official

@flyspicejet absolutely disgusting and lousy airlines, they don't care about the passengers. Dubai Mumbai flight delayed by 10 hours and maybe further delayed!! Unacceptable!!stop bookings if you cannot manage..useless!! @AAI_Official please pay heed to this...

@flyspicejet And what about the passengers!! We asked for some.decent service, at least a lounge access with extended time or some decent refreshments. Your airlines staff says that she reports to nobody and is the whole and soul for spice jet and yet could do nothing to help us

@FABConnects Had the worst customer experience with FAB in all the years, the agent literally threatened me when I was a bit upset about my issue. It is unbelievable and unacceptable if we have to accept this as customers where agents now speak in such a manner. @centralbankuae
