@vfsglobalcare 25 days in, still no luck reaching customer service for help with this technical glitch. Was promised a fix in 48 hours again, but no dice. Spent an hour on hold, finally got through to CS, only to be put on hold again, then disconnected within 10 mins. #Frustrated

@VFSGlobalcare @VFSGlobal @USAndIndia still no resolution on my case. I am unable to add my wife as dependent nor I am able to schedule individual appointments. Lost all the dates. Should I just give up ???

@vfsglobalcare I have emailed to the address and the response says resolved the case but there has been NO resolution. I also called the number but it abruptly disconnects after an hour long wait. It’s been a mess and I need help. #helpless #frustrated #exhausted

@USAndMumbai Thanks for the prompt reply. They have been trying to get an interview date since March of 2020 and their life has been just on standby with 4 times cancellation. Are there any considerations for opening up B1/B2 slots for people who have been fully vaccinated?

My parents have been trying to get their B1/B2 Visa renewed since March 2020 and its the 3rd time in 12 months they go their interview rebooked and then cancelled. I request @USAndMumbai to please share when can they expect more slots to open and not cancel.
