@AskFrontier my Frontier Fiber is completely DOWN in Southern California. I pay $100+/month and run my business & YouTube channel from home. It’s Wednesday and the earliest repair offered is late Friday. Can someone please escalate my ticket to local dispatch for earlier time

@FrontierCorp so when you rely on Frontier Internet and your Internet goes down during tax prep, they can’t come out to fix a wire damage by a tree for three days in Los Angeles County! Maybe it’s time to consider other vendors who have customer service

@Lowes How many days with a “warranted” appliance is acceptable, X? 1 day? A weekend? A MONTH?! Somebody at Lowe’s please save this dad before it’s a family mutiny. ❄️😭🍖 #LowesWarrantyFail #ApplianceEmergency #FreezerFail

@Lowes @LowesCares Husband survival tip: Never let the stand-up freezer die. Bought one from you with the paid extended warranty. It failed. $4,000 of food — GONE. One full MONTH later we’re still living in the Stone Age. No ice. No frozen pizzas. Wife & kids in full berserk mode

@AskFrontier Why is Verizon/Frontier increasing our bill? Why does Frontier want to then add more fees on top of a new (unexpected) increase to bump us up - after 2+ years of loyalty - just to enjoy the speeds that our neighbors (newbies) are offered? 562-902-2820-080924-5

@AskFrontier Be careful before you ditch your other provider! I ditched StarLink at law office and ditched Spectrum at residence. Frontier Chat no bueno on broken billing promises! Try calling them - After 20 minutes in call disconnected - no call back from agent. Welcome to 2025

@FrontierCorp Maybe for THEE - but not for ME! Frontier Supervisor in my neighborhood told me I am being overcharged $30 because I signed up before our city was 'officially' wired. I finally called Frontier Dec 30 and they did reduce our billing by $30 / month for or residence. Didn't take!

@AskFrontier We have had 4 installation dates: 6/15, 7/11, 7/18 & 7/26, yet installers say they're waiting for a 2-persone team to extend fiber line 3 homes. Order CZ80080604. Complete fail.
