It’s that time of year to check your ovens in time for the festive season. In the run up to Christmas from Monday 18th December to Friday 22nd December, we have reserved a number of appointments specifically for oven servicing and repairs.

Today we replaced a flow meter and drain pump on a #Lamona8606 integrated dishwasher. Water was not draining throughout the cycle leading to overfilling. Water had made its way into the base though the overflow valve. This triggered an E01 error as the float switch was raised.
We repaired a Bosch Maxx7 7KG tumble dryer spinning but not drying the clothing. The small drain pump (pictured) that sends water up into the condenser drawer was not pumping water properly. We used a wet-vac to remove lint and checked the NTC. #reading #Edinburgh

We repaired a Beko UDW601 after replacing the metering tank that was causing an E1 error. The blocked metering tank was lowering the water pressure causing the dishwasher to not fill in time. Thus preventing the dishwasher from completing a cycle. #appliancerepairs #meteringtank

We’ve carried out a repair to a rangemaster cooker with an induction hob (or I should say hobs!). Induction pads work with copper wires and magnetism to boil the contents of your pans. They cleverly detect whether the pan you use is large enough to make them safer to use.
