Sad news - the Apostrophe Protection Society is closing down, because 'fewer organisations and individuals are now caring about the correct use of the apostrophe in the English Language'. Another fine British institution bite's the dust ... :o) apostrophe.org.uk/index.html

@sciencemuseum - please bring the #SoyuzTour to @TheForumNorwich as part of @NorwichSciFest.

@AmazonHelp Contents ruined. I have reordered. Full details of appalling Amazon Logistics service sent to link Amazon supplied amzn.to/2ASwmop. Left parcel in garden in pouring rain + updated delivery status to say handed to resident. A lie. Your response didn't address any of this.

@AmazonUK response to my Tweet re Amazon Logistics leaving my parcel in garden in the pouring rain: template email containing a faux apology which didn't address any of the issues raised or suggest that any action would be taken to prevent this happening to other people. Poor!

@AmazonHelp Getting in touch with customer service is impossible (or very well hidden). There is no way on website to actually lodge a complaint. I have now responded via link amzn.to/2ASwmop but am concerned that may just go to the US Amazon rather than the UK Amazon.

@AmazonHelp That link doesn't help as it just puts me in the merry go round of returns (I've already returned and reordered). I have already responded detailing delivery complaint via link amzn.to/2ASwmop but am concerned that may just go to the US Amazon rather than the UK Amazon.

@AmazonHelp I have now reached out to you using the link supplied. It's not a pretty story ...

@amazonUK Christmas ruined by idiotic Amazon Logistics who left my parcel in the garden in the pouring rain! What kind of a fool does that? My grandchildren's presents are waterlogged and replacements are now unlikely to arrive before Christmas. @amazon @amazonHelp #pissedoff
