Marriott Complaints complaintsdepartment.com/marriott/ 1) why didn’t they offer that upfront; 2) why isn’t Apple wallet sufficient; 3) why at time I booked was I not told that the physical card needs to be here; 4) I’ve stayed here before; couldn’t the front desk and supervisor accommodate?

Marriott Complaints complaintsdepartment.com/marriott/ I got very upset; tried to leave but it’s after midnight; couldn’t find a room anywhere else. Called Marriott, spoke with Joanna, who was dismissive and refused to help. I finally got the front desk to help me until my card gets here.

Marriott Complaints complaintsdepartment.com/marriott/ I am waiting for back surgery so standing long times is severely painful. They wouldn’t help even though o had the card in my phone, so I booked through Expedia and was then told I wouldn’t get Bonvoy credit for the two week stay.

Marriott Complaints complaintsdepartment.com/marriott/. Nowhere does it say you have to have the booking credit card with you and when I came to check in, expecting to put only incidentals on my debit card, it was declined because they tried to put $3400+ (The whole stay) on my debit card.

Marriott Complaints complaintsdepartment.com/marriott/. I work remotely for a Costa Mesa law firm. I am staying two weeks this time; I will be coming in for work regularly. I booked through the Bonvoy app instead of Expedia and it’s been a nightmare.
