Ppl say teachers knew what they were getting into for a job. Not true. It’s a MUCH different classroom now. Mine didn’t have EA’s wearing arm bite sleeves or changing diapers, teachers not able to fail kids, kids that scream or tantrum all day. Drugs, knives. It’s a mess. #abed
