Oyo is enjoying the money at the cost of the customer and oyo is a fraud company they don’t know how to treat a customer ( they don’t answer promptly) no business ethics. At the end, to point out their own mistake I’m paying for their mistake and they just say sorry

She didn’t had answers for all these questions and She also said we will take all your queries as feedback and said sorry and disconnected the call saying that we cannot refund the money.

b. Doesn’t oyo have policy that before customer checks in the room, room should be clean and tidy? c. Customer service agents should help the customer rather than give reasons about the server and their internal issues?

8. Again I called oyo from my end next morning to make sure I get a call back from escalation team, after lot of try’s I gotta call from escalation team on the same afternoon and I again had to go through the same old story which is pinching me again and again to narrate it.

7. Escalation team never called me so I had to call customer case after 3 days to get my money back.

6. After I finished my work I called oyo in the evening conveying all the issue and they directly denied we can’t do anything about it and they will refund 20% of the paid amount, I denied and asked for 100% refund since I have not used their dirty and pathetic services,

Oyo doesn’t have any other hotel listed on their website. And no one gave me proper resolution anytime so I have to checkout and inform hotel that they are totally incompetent and even oyo too.
