The unc0ver jailbreak for iOS 12.1.3-12.2 with 4K support is not being worked on. We have it already working and the reliability is good enough for a public release. But we're not going to release it soon. If you want 4K: chimera.sh

Success rate of the Sock Puppet exploit with the last unc0ver update is close to 0% on A9-A11 devices on iOS 12.0-12.1.2 from public's testing. Actually making your Software not work is bad isn't it :(.
