@SonosSupport The light on the bridge goes solid after a few minutes, it is not connected to the router, only power. The diagnostic number is 8511037

@SonosSupport we had a power surge take out our modem/router and since then system will only work consistently when bridge is removed and one play 3 plugged in to new router.

@SonosSupport The bridge powers up when moved to another room, network lights on back flash and white light over top button flashes slowly. Total system is 2 play 3's and the bridge.

@SonosSupport Hello, I have a sonos bridge that has stopped working, I believe it may be the power supply which is only putting out 4vdc. Can you direct me to a replacement power supply please?
