Company incorporated on 24.10.2024 when ADT-1 for first auditor (Board) was optional under Rule 4(2). New MCA rule from 14.07.2025 makes ADT-1 mandatory. But AOC-4 now demands SRN & charges late fee retroactively. Why penalize old cases? #MCA #ADT1 #ROC, @MCA21India
