Shady behaviour by @volkswagenindia & dealer NRL Automotive Agra! Booked Volkswagen Virtus GT 1.5 DSG (Invoice NRL/VW/15) at ₹18.20L. Paid ₹4L down payment + got ₹15L bank loan sanctioned. Now dealer makes a U-turn demanding ₹50K extra citing "their error"!

Is this how @volkswagenindia allows dealers to treat buyers after taking their money? Looking for support from VW to set things right! @volkswagen @consumerfee @Consumer_Court #ConsumerCourts #VolkswagenIndia #VirtusGT #Agra #ConsumerRights

After accepting ₹4L down payment (Voucher #649) & issuing signed performa invoice, dealer says pay ₹18.70L or take a refund! As they double counted the disc. Under Indian Contract Act, internal dealer errors CANNOT be forced on customers post-contract! @jagograhakjago 2/3

@DKamblr @priteshlakhani They're rejecting on the basis of insufficient documents. I don't know what else is required. I've submitted all the bills/invoices/prescriptions that I had.

@Kenu73 This is not indian plug compatible then? Can you directly plug this into the plug or do you have to use universal adapter?

@Kenu73 Free travel insurance is only for the first year. I'd prefer AU ixigo(free + bank support) over RBL(3k annual fees). Only caveat is AU ixigo is available only in metro cities :(
