@AerLingus I was filling in an advanced passenger information form for an elderly friend to go to the US next week. I mistakenly input the expiry date of the passport as 2033 instead of 2032 but I can’t edit it in app or through the website

@AerLingus great customer service. Waiting in Madrid for flight EI0593. In the past 30 minutes the flight has been delayed 3 times. Nothing coming to me via the App or by email. Disappointing.

@AerLingus i got notification our flight time has been moved earlier. I’m attending an important event, and the original later flight time was specifically chosen so that we could attend the event.I will now be unable to attend the event and need our flight changed

@AerLingus I can't log in to either your app or website as it wants to set up Two Factor Authentication but when it gives me the link to do this it says the link is used with an error message. Thankfully I printed my tickets for tomorrow. Shambles
