@airfrance worst airline i’ve ever encountered. our bags have been lost for 5 days even though we know that they are in the barcelona airport. they never answer the phone, their online tools offer nothing useful, and their airport personnel are rude. how can this airline exist??

@airfrance please process my claim: C-10240235 It’s been an absolute nightmare to get refunded even though my bags were lost for 5 days and my father’s 4 days. Absolutely terrible, outsourced customer service
