@Uber paid the premium fee at 4:50am for airport ride. my estimated time went from 8 to 20 mins once driver confirmed. The driver cancelled after 14 mins of waiting. New driver took another 16 mins to arrive. Paid a fare adjustment fee after the ride ended. WTAF? You should refund the premium fee, not charge me more.
