i was wondering...asking for someone i know are they still valid if they suffer from bulimia but want to keep a healthy weight? by that i mean a normal bmi they are obsessed with going to the gym, dancing, but don't have a problem with calories or what type of food they consume

I’m aware that they don’t know about my ed but constantly telling me to exercise, eat less, oh you’re eating again, is honestly not helpful
in 27 days it's my 19yh birthday. and i want to cut my hair short because enby stuff. i'm planning on losing at least 5-6kg if not more. currently i'm at 84. can anyone recommend me exercises with no jumping? or any workout routine?

I've dealt only with restriction these past 2-3 years since my ed "started" and now it's transforming into binge eating and i'm absolutely terrified. might have a panic attack.
i've been slacking off these past months so i decided i'm going to start the sora choi diet 🙃wish me luck. maybe i'll 💀 too who knows.
