I put an AI resume screener to the test Created 3 fake resumes: • One stellar senior dev (7 years exp) • One borderline mid-level (4 years) • One red flag factory (job hopper, skill inflation) profility.io nailed it: ✅ Top candidate: 85/100 - "Strong yes" ✅ Mid candidate: 58/100 - "Maybe" ✅ Weak candidate: 34/100 - "Reject" Perfect ranking.
