@FedEx Only if I wanted a divorce, would I send it through FedEx. Not just because it will absolutely have zero chance of delivery - but the excruciating experience with your "customer service" trying to locate the package would tear us apart from the inside.

@FedEx @WCKitchen When you do the math on how many people you have positively impacted subtracted by how many people you have negatively impacted, I am sure your number is much closer to the bottomless pits of hell than even a balanced 0.

@FedEx Your driver could give me two middle fingers for all I care, so long as he/she actually gives me the package I'm waiting for instead of lying about "attempting to deliver" it.

@FedEx I believe it, considering the driver and the package are nowhere in sight. Sounds about right any 🩷cute🩷 #fedexfail

@FedExPolicy @FedEx @USChamber At least we know men and women are treated equally when it comes to getting a package delivered. Nobody's getting nothin' from fedex. #fedexfails

@FedEx Probably being flown to wherever leprechaun's congregate, because those packages are definitely not getting delivered to their intended recipients.

@FedEx So... i gotta cut out my eyes in order for my package to actually be delivered. Got it. I think i'll just use @UPS next time.

@FedEx Wow, delivery season is just budding over a month ago.. wonder when it comes into full bloom, since my package couldn't be delivered today despite me taking off work and waiting around for it.

@FedEx How is it possible that you were able to locate this package in innovative ways, but when I missed a delivery by TEN MINUTES, there is absolutely nothing you can do? Is it too hard to train a driver to ring a doorbell or what?

@FedEx This is an egregious post. Considering the reality of the average person who calls fedex for help gets zero answers or help, and is told, repeatedly, to review the tracking information online or to file a report no one will read.

@FedEx This is like feeding a person in need, but only if other people are watching (or you can post about it).

@FedEx Sounds about right, the sunset is where i imagine my package ended up after the driver ran off with it because they sure as hell didn't deliver it.

@FedEx @EyeTrapper Yah i bet you love serving your customers, considering you just don't do your job and pretend about it on social media.

@FedEx *attempting to deliver through the decades, gotta be careful about your advertising there. Pretty misleading to suggest you can actually deliver.

@FedExHelp I really don't want to hear "I understand" from another FedEx representative again. Because only one of us is getting paid to suffer this conversation right now.

@FedEx im beyond sick and tired of the fake accountability when #fedexfails - i took off work to be home for a delivery, only to be told fedex can reattempt the delivery tomorrow because they cant ring a buzzer? Or call a posted cell number? Who makes up for my lost pay & time?

@FedExHelp I already talked to your customer service who told me to file a report online, pick it up 3 hours after I actually needed my mail, or sign up for delivery notifications. I did sign up: to be notified when my package was my doorstep being delivered - and no one notified me!

@FedEx Do you actually deliver tho? Maybe you should edit the tweet to read "we're attempting to deliver to every corner of the globe, attempting to connect people and businesses" because if you have zero accountability for your failures, you're not really delivering anything.

@TowerLightsCLE @FedEx This one makes me laugh more than all the rest! "FedEx cares" 🤣🤣🤣 about who? About what? Certainly not the packages or promises you "attempt to deliver".
