Extremely disappointed with @Flipkart! My watch (Order ID: OD338830044011773100) was due on the 12th but is still undelivered. Every day, customer support claims the issue is escalated and gives a new delivery date, yet nothing happens. #Flipkart #ConsumerRights

Tyre burst on my 5-month-old XL6 at 95 km/h. Thankfully I escaped unharmed. MRF says "external factor." Maruti's response: pay 50% of the tyre cost. For a safety-critical failure on a nearly new vehicle, that's disappointing. @Maruti_Corp @MRFWorldwide

In India alone, @Truecaller identified 2 billion fraudulent calls in 90 days. The global number is even higher. This isn't 'just' a statistic. It's a testament to the power of people coming together, protecting each other by reporting spam and fraud when they receive calls on the Truecaller app. Humbly doing our small bit to build a scam-free Viksit Bharat.

@Flipkart @JeevesSupport Bought extended warranty for my TV via Jeeves. Facing issues, but no complaint raised for 14 DAYS due to a 'technical glitch.' Emails ignored, no resolution. Is this the customer support you promise? #PoorService #WarrantyIssues

@StanChartHelpIN Shocked! @StanChart is charging me over ₹400 in interest for a shortfall of just 11 paisa in my last credit card bill payment. Is this fair treatment for customers? Hoping for a resolution. #CustomerExperience #UnfairCharges

@Swiggy shares invoice of approx Rs 50 less than the actual amount paid. Is this some kind of tax evasion/fraud or just a mistake? @IncomeTaxIndia

Dear @GoogleIndia I'm thrilled to discover the ease with which I can get my Nest Hub's screen replaced! Except, there seem to be no service centers for it. Could you please enlighten me on the magical process of getting this done? Or perhaps I should just wish upon a star?

@TataCLiQ @TataCLiQCare do you even care to reply?

@TataCLiQ @TataCLiQCare @XpressBees_IN Do you think any literate person would sign like this? Why are you sending this as proof of delivery. I did not receive my product. Talk to your delivery person on this no: 9516145250

He said he gave it to either 3, 9 or 14 house number instead of mine. I checked with all three, no one received it. And now he's saying that he doesn't know ki product kaha gaya.

@AmericanExpress I uploaded my ckyc documents on 29th May then also my card got suspended on 1st July. I uploaded it again on 1st and till now it's not activated. What a poor service. I spend 2 hours daily trying to connect with the customer care and nothing happened till today.

@amazonIN I returned a product. It was picked up on Jun4th, 2023. Another agent came to pick it up on Jun05th. I told him that it was already picked up. Now it's been a month following up and customer care says they can't do anything. Please help. Order Id: 405-2750838-9396357

Look at these shameless @delhivery @help_delhivery creatures. They don't respond to my emails and on twitter they are still figuring out what happened.

Pathetic service by @delhivery @help_delhivery. As per them my package was delivered when my home was locked. The delivery guy did not call. I raised a complaint 2 weeks ago. No one in the company cares to reply to it.
