@firstcryindia can you guys look at the complaint raised about wrong product delivery as part of replacement Your team claims that they have shipped the right product but how come it was delivered the wrong one?

@firstcryindia Was asking your team a similar question that what is the weight of the product which I ordered versus delivered. I have provided CCTV footage as well when delivery boy gave the product to my family when I’m not at home

@firstcryindia I ordered product weight approx 3 kg and the one delivered not even 200 grams.. can this be taken care asap.. your irresponsible customer care team is wasted by valuable time from last 20 days and no resolution

@firstcryindia @jagograhakjago @ConsumerCom received wrong product and provided CCTV footage to your customer executive team and still they haven’t resolved my issue.. I want my money back or deliver the right product.. @firstcryindia are you guys doing any fraudulent deliveries?

@oneplus_IN @oneplus_Support @oneplus Don’t you guys not at all bother about user complaints.. Worst ever support from Hyderabad Oneplus team in India.. My complaint is pending from last 2 months even though TV is in warranty. What’s your motto here by keeping customer waiting?

It’s been 2 months since mutation request was submitted and don’t see any progress on it even after multiple follow ups @DC_Malkajgiri @CommissionrGHMC .. Any help would be appreciated.. Thank you!
