The source of this religious apartheid comes directly from Constitution . Articles 25-30 need immediate amendments to grant Article 30 gives rights to minority educational institutions to run as per their will & not to Hindu institutes . #Repeal_Article30

Our constitution on one side talks about equality & on the other hand discriminates against Hindus (articles25 to 30).. Worst is that our governments & establishments too are partisan & totally immune to crimes against hindus . No one is bothered . #Repeal_Article30

Our constitution openly discriminates against HINDUS Article 30 alone is catastrophic ! It clearly says that minorities can build & run their educational institutes , restricts govt form taking over their institutions while DENYING similar rights to Hindus . #Repeal_Article30

Article30 : Minority has the right to establish & administer educational institutions. Like their mosques & churches they can fully manage them. Brute majority Hindus can’t. Like temples they’ll be managed by govt. Why such discrimination against Indus? #Repeal_Article30

आर्टिकल 30 - मदरसों में कुरान , हदीस पढ़ाई जाएँगी । आर्टिकल 30A - स्कूलों या गुरुकुलों में भगवद्गीता , वेद , पुराण नहीं पढ़ाए जाएँगे । क्या यही है भारत की धार्मिक स्वतंत्रता । इसमें बदलाव जरूरी है । #Repeal_Article30

Article 21A of the Constitution, in accordance with the provisions of the RTE Act, Hindu run schools are forced to take admissions but same doesn't apply minorities run schools . #Repeal_Article30

Government imposes tax on Hindus Temples but gives financial aid to Minority Religious institution . Government gives aid to Church but same thing is not applied to Sanskrit Vedic Schools and Hindus Religious Institutions . #Repeal_Article30

Hindus cannot run and control their religious organizations like temples. The government controls the management of Hindu Religious Organizations, Temples etc. while same condition is not applied to other minorities . #Repeal_Article30

Hindus cannot open and run their education institute as freely like other minorities. They cannot teach their religious subjects like the Bhagavad Gita, Ramayan and other scriptures . #Repeal_Article30
