@SingaporeAir @SingaporeAir ,we believe you selected my 73 year old mother to be ‘offloaded’ from the plane due to her advanced age, presumably because she and others her age would take longer to go through security. If this isn’t ageism what is it- why was she chosen?

@SingaporeAir @SingaporeAir . I’ve deleted it and emailed you but this is going in circles because we’ve emailed, called numerous times and got nowhere. My mother is STILL left without an alternative ticket from you. You’ve done nothing to help despite all the contacts. SingaPOOR airlines

@SingaporeAir @SingaporeAir - last one to say that this has caused my mother so much stress as she’s fearful - rightfully so- of not making the wedding. She put her faith in your airline and you have badly let her down. Someone at your airline chose to remove her which is outrageous

@SingaporeAir @SingaporeAir : my mum booked her flight ages ago so that she can guarantee her attendance at her son’s wedding - she’s not seen him and her three grandchildren for years because of Covid - so to remove her is out of order. The clock is ticking for her to get a flight to Brisbane

@SingaporeAir @SingaporeAir the way you have treated my elderly mother ; cancelling her booking by email two days before her flight, not offering an alternative, telling her about alternative flights then disallowing her from booking them is absolutely scandalous.

@SingaporeAir @SingaporeAir , contacted your customer support number and got contrary advise - was told about alternative flights and when we agreed, the agent said they needed to get approval…then came back and said they didn’t get approval without a reason as to why ! This happened twice!
