The most Boomer/Gen X comment I’ve ever seen so far. 🤷🏻♀️ Gen Zs are built different — they have a concenpt of exploitation which most of you do not have, Gen Zs know when to walk out, when to leave, and when their presence is unappreciated. ++
Gen Zs know when they are underpaid. When they are overworked. Sabi ko nga, in our field sa academe, the most Boomer/Gen X comments you’ll ever hear are: “Mas matanda akong teacher kaysa sa ‘yo [therefore, mas may alam ako]” at ++
@ray_gavreel As a college prof, I really find Gen Z (who happen to be my students) to be mostly lazy, yet very demanding. It's really very toxic on my part when I am obligated t9 explain the need for each and every assignment I give. Well, the day of reckoning (final grades) will come soon

@ray_gavreel As part of the GenX, May concept of exploitation din naman kami. Kaso mo lang.. need talaga namin mag stay kasi wala kaming pag get by sa araw araw. Gagawin namin yung hanggang sa mag gain ng new skills and eventually makahanap ng healthy na working environment. +++
@ray_gavreel Lol stop normalizing disrespecting seniors. Gen Zs don’t even know how to exit a workplce properly, ghosting is their forte. Lagi nalang naka cellphone. Only few have the initiatives, their characters are not for employment really, but freelancing.
@ray_gavreel One of the worst I’ve heard from a Gen X to Gen Z: Magaling lang manamit pero pagdating sa deliverables, talo.
