1/ For 5 minutes, Zabbix was reporting the symptoms. DB timeouts. Packet loss on 3 hosts. Then the core uplink alert appeared—as a “Warning.” RST AI Copilot for Zabbix ranked it first in 9.6 seconds. We injected the fault, so we could check the answer. 🧵

4/ Investigation took 42.2 seconds and 16 read-only API calls. Gi1/0/1: ~8 input errors/s, 0 output errors, no link flaps, very low traffic. Peer switches: 0 errors. Congestion looked less likely. In a real incident, the next checks would be the SFP, fibre or cabling.

4/ Investigation: from one “high” encoded-PowerShell alert, it queried across identities, pulled related events into context, and reconstructed the full chain. Verdict raised to a critical domain compromise.
