For larger deployments, we highly recommend assigning app licenses directly to a device rather than an Apple ID, which eliminates the need for individual IDs. App licenses are purchased through the Apple Business Manager as ‘Managed’ licenses. it-training.apple.com/tutorials/appl…

To search the exact match with the search text, you can use phrase-based searching. Enclose the search text with double quotations. If you search with "1.jpg" not 1.jpg, only 1.jpg will be found.
