There’s something special about this time of year. Summer fades, the air turns colder, and the days grow shorter. It’s the perfect time to START BUILDING. That idea you once had but never started? Now’s the moment. Build now, and enjoy the results by next summer.
Would you still build your app even if there are already big competitors doing the same thing, just more complex and at a larger scale? I’m thinking of creating a simpler version, including only the parts I find myself needing from time to time. Can simplicity win?

Went out to dinner tonight. One person shared how he sold a house for $500k that was bought for $280k just a few years ago. Two others talked about closing a deal that earned $100k in commissions. Guess I’ll go back to work now. Definitely a humbling experience.
