The EU's new End-of-Life Vehicles Regulation is done. Parliament voted 18 June 2026, Council adopted 29 June. It replaces the 2000 directive and applies two years after entry into force. Two years is one vehicle design cycle. #ELV

Three months. The 8 December 2025 Prop 65 listings, including Bisphenol S, become enforceable for warnings on 8 December 2026. Many firms swapped BPA for BPS to sell BPA-free. Check whether that swap is now your exposure. #Prop65

California added welding fumes to the Proposition 65 list on 17 July 2026. Not a chemical you buy. A process you run. If you weld, or your suppliers do, this is now a listed exposure. Warnings become enforceable 12 months on. #Prop65

The first mandatory digital product passport is not textiles or steel. It is batteries. From 18 February 2027, EV, light transport and larger industrial batteries need one. Whatever your sector, that rollout is your template. #DPP
