I feel like I'm at a point where I need to make a choice. I'm either going to recover or go back into full relapse. I don't know what to do
I wasn't going to eat today, but I had some goldfish and now I'm about to warm up some pizza! Really proud of myself tbh
I was going to be so productive today before I went to work, but my mom is home sick and laying on the couch š
Making myself a sandwich and commiting to recovery. I can do this.
I'm having a snack now and I'm going to try to have something substantial, but nothing sounds good :/
I had breakfast with my dad this morning and it was actually nice! I was having a ton is anxiety about it, so I'm glad it went well
