The new speed cushions on Beechmont Ave are a drastic safety improvement. Cars were frequently driving 50+ MPH through this intersection, and now they are driving ~25. The @cincinnatimetro bus stop feels a lot safer now! Thanks for prioritizing pedestrian safety, @WeMoveCincy!

So, if the size of highways correlates with the growth of a city and region, why is Cincinnati filled with freeways, while Tokyo, which is 22 times bigger, is not?

Surprised - considering how long it took to create this - that many of the questions raised for Cincinnati were left unanswered. Some neighborhoods have significantly worse PCI than others. If 100 miles a year is no longer attainable , there needs to be a full policy shift.
