@ilbanindoc 말씀에 동의합니다. 다만 다른 kinase끼리 비교할 때에는 staurosporine-kinase complex가 유용할 수단이 될 것이란 생각이죠~~
@ilbanindoc 난이도 측면에서 새로운 kinase 3차원구조를 규명한다면 staurosporine complex 구조하는 것은 상대적으로 쉽다.그러니 그걸 했으면 도움이 될 것 같으니 좋겠다는 것이 구조하는 사람으로서의 입장입니다 ^ ^
@Remnant_Thesha @manjiLim 국산신약이 별로 없는 상황에서 부가가치라고 해봐야 국내임상실험경험과 임상실험수입 뿐인것 같은데. 하긴해야하겠지만 높은 부가가치? 글쎄요,
@ilbanindoc 그럴려면 여러 종류의 kinase 3차원 구조가 알려져 있으면 SBDD에 유용할 것 같고, 단백질 구조를 비교하는데 Staurosporine와 complex구조가 있으면 비교하기 좋겠다는 의견입니다.
@ilbanindoc 공간이 허용하는 범위에서 적습니다 ^ ^; 카이네즈 종류가 많은데 어느 정도의 선택성이 필요합니다. 단순히 여러 kinases에 대해 어세이 해도 되는데 3차원 구조로도 어느 정도 선택성 있는 화합물을 디자인 할 수 있지요.
