UN Human Rights Commission: Israel must not “be allowed” to attack Rafah. Why is the UNHRC & Western world not calling on Egypt to open border for refugees from Rafah? Because Palestinian lives don’t matter a damn to them; they are just weapons against Israel. In every other conflict the world asks neighbouring countries to provide refuge for civilians. But uniquely not this one. reuters.com/world/middle-e…
@COLRICHARDKEMP Because that would facilitate the forced displacement of Gazans and you know this. Everyday you make me more surprised that you were actually an officer… makes me ashamed to say I was the same. Your pathetic arse kissing of the Netanyahu government is nauseating.
@richmc4478 @COLRICHARDKEMP Displacing civilians from a warzone is the only moral coarse of action. To prevent it, as you do, is immoral.
@richmc4478 @COLRICHARDKEMP I’m surprised at your response especially having served and been to Sandhurst. I’m struggling to remember a conflict in history where civilians have been prevented from moving out of harm’s way, except of course when used as shields. Why wouldn’t you want to save innocent lives?
@richmc4478 @COLRICHARDKEMP At least he is on the ground, where good Officers should be.
@richmc4478 @COLRICHARDKEMP The Geneva convention mandates keeping civilians out of the way of conflict and that can mean displacing them for periods whilst operations are carried out.
